The Site provides users with community transport information, services and assistance programs that are available in Victoria. Subject to these Terms of Use, any person may access or use this Site via the internet without disclosing any personally identifying information to us (Non-member User). To gain access to certain information and make full use of the functionality of this Site, you must register your personal or corporate details with us (Member User).
We may make varying levels of functionality available to Non-members and Member Users. For example, a Member User will be able to receive information and email communications from us. As a Member User, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and to keep this information up-to-date at all times (Member Information).
5. Prohibited activities
When using this Site, you must not:
a) infringe any intellectual property right of any person or be in breach of any legal duty owed to any person, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;

We use our best endeavours to minimise viruses and bugs from infiltrating the Site, however, due to the nature of the internet, the Site may be affected by viruses or bugs from time to time.
